Cleansing mask of oats, white clay and flowers

Slowly. Softly. For myself.

There are masks that work — and there are those that soothe the soul. This is one of those that restore softness: to the skin, to the breath, to the mood.

Who is this mask for:

  • For sensitive, reactive skin

  • For dry skin, especially in windy weather

  • For those who want to cleanse gently without disturbing the balance

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • Ground oats (oat flour) - 1 teaspoon

  • White clay (kaolin) - 1 teaspoon

  • Chamomile or lavender flowers (crushed) - ½ teaspoon

  • Warm water or hydrolate - to the desired consistency

  • Optional: 1 drop of lavender oil or 0.5 tsp of honey

How to use:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients

  2. Add water or hydrolat , mix until creamy texture

  3. Apply to cleansed face , avoiding the eye area.

  4. Leave on for 5-7 minutes , without letting the mask dry.

  5. Rinse with soft water , apply moisturizer

📍 Subtlety:

  • Best used immediately after preparation.

  • You can store the dry mixture in a jar, adding liquid before use.

  • Suitable for daily or 2-3 times a week ritual
