How to create your own perfume ritual


Scent as a moment of self-love

Wearing fragrance can be more than a habit. It can be a time of silence, attention, an inner “I am here.”

🌿 What is a perfume ritual?

This is a special moment you give yourself:

  • in the morning to start the day in peace
  • in the evening to return to myself
  • on a day off when there is no need to rush

✨ How to create it?

1. Choose a scent that speaks about you

  • Morning: with bergamot, tea, lavender

  • Evening: with sandalwood, amber, vanilla

  • Neutral: with powdery or woody notes

2. Think about the gesture

  • Apply to wrists and inhale

  • Or on a pillow, a letter, a book

  • Or put it nearby and just inhale it before going to bed.

3. Add accompaniment

  • Music, silence, cup of tea, diary

  • The ritual may last 3 minutes - but they will be only yours

📒 Example of the ritual "Warm Light"

  • Morning. Fabric on the shoulders. Milk tea.

  • A bottle called "Silence on the Neck"

  • Two drops on your wrists. Inhale.

  • Notebook entry: “Today I am in no hurry to be strong.”
